Pick A Disorder
I suppose if I absolutely had to pick a disease/affliction/condition to be affected by, it would be Tourette Syndrome. I could just blurt out curses all day, grunt, groan, and I'd actually have an excuse. "You mother fuckin' cock suckin' whore!!!!!!" coming from my office and I could not be reprimanded or fired. People would actually feel bad for me.

PMS, maybe. You do sort of get to do the same thing, with a few restrictions, but it's temporary. Anyway, it can scare people for a couple of days, and keep them guessing the rest of the time. Of course, I'm being facetious, but so are you, so what's the difference?
Multiple Personality Disorder. You'd never get lonely, and you could freak people out by pretending to be one personality, but really be yourself. And think of the great things you could get away with... and maybe one of your personalities had tourettes?
Temporary amnesia. I would always have an excuse for being absent-minded. Heck, I can barely remember where I left a beer in my own house!
Tourette Syndrome is outa the question since I don't need it as an excuse to swear: I just swear!
Amnesia sounds good. I wouldn't remember that some people forgot to wish me a happy b-day, loll...

I just found out about this disease called CRS (Can't Remember Shit,) I would love to use it at work when I forget to do something or friends and family when I forget their special days and the appointments that I need to cancel.
OK, I know it's not a real disease, but dammit I can dream can't I.
The Jane Bear has a good point with the PMS and I like fred's too...Amnesia and an excuse to eat chocolate and be grumpy...
WAIT...I already have those two problems--just not diagnosed by a doc...

I think I'd go with narcolepsy -- in fact, I feel an "episode" coming on right now.
Or maybe Asperger's Syndrome. I can't remember what it is, but it sounds made up and also it's funny to say it. "Ass-Burger." Heh.
Wow thought provoking indeed. Maybe temporary insanity so I could hurt someone and claim temporary insanity. I could even get a lighter sentence than Martha Stewart.
