The Holidays are fast approaching, so I decided to dedicate today's post to offering some friendly holiday advice. I figured that offering these holiday tips 3-4 weeks before the holidays would benefit us all. So here we go with C-Mac's Holiday Tips:
* Don't over extend yourself by acting like a big shot and buying gits you can't afford. The joke will be on you when you can't pay your rent in February and your lights and gas are turned off by the end of January. Don't be a cheap fuck, but don't act like a big shot either. The person you bought the plasma TV for will know you overspent when you are living with them by Superbowl Sunday, so use your head.
* Don't put anything together that requires assembly while drunk, especially items such as kid's bikes or furniture. Reward yourself with some spiked egg nog or another beverage AFTER you put all the shit together. You don't want to spend Christmas morning in the ER.
* If you can see the Christmas lights on your house from Saturn or if your electric meter is spinning faster than an old 78 record, you probably over did it. Sometimes less is more.
* Take the price tags off the shit before you wrap it. Especially if you are a cheap fuck. Peel the $2 price sticker off the bottle of wine you got for the neighbor BEFORE you put that metallic silver bag around it.
"Listen to C-Mac's Tips, Fuckos!!!!"
* If you are married or in a relationship and you are cheating, don't promise the "other person" you will spend any significant time with them on Christmas. Chances are, the only time you will have for them on Christmas is a quick lie telling your partner you are heading to 7-11 for dip or something else wacky. Unless you wanna bang them or give them their gift under the Slurpee machine, come up with a good lie about a sick relative in Utah and see them before or after the holiday.
* If your kid gets straight F's, has been in trouble all year at school, and is a little fucko, DON'T buy him/her ANY gifts. Running down the stairs on Christmas morning to find NOTHING will snap them out of whatever is causing their fucked up behavior. Send a message this Christmas!!!!
* Unless you want a George Forman grill wedged in your ass, or your dick in a Hamilton Beach blender on the puree cycle, guys, DO NOT buy your woman any kitchen gadgets for the holidays. You know you are not buying it to make their life any easier, you are buying it so you can sit your fat ass on the sofa and eat better food. Buy them something for THEM!!!
* Even if it is 20 degrees below zero the day you go shopping, dress in light spring clothes and leave your coat in the car. You'll be glad you did. It's about 100 degrees in the mall between the heating system and the body heat of 5,000 savages rummaging through the clearance racks. You will freeze your ass off for sure in the 2 minute walk from the car to the store, but you'll be very comfortable for the next few hours not having to wear or carry your coat with 100 packages in hand.
* Don't try to impress your significant other with a technologically advanced gift they will NEVER figure out. Impress them when/where you should, in bed. Leave the gifts simple.
* Don't get too hammered at the office Holiday party. Doing the Forbidden Dance with the 500lb dude from shipping isn't going to get you a bigger bonus. Nor is telling Peggy from accounting that she has B.O. Have a drink or two, then get the hell out of there!
* Steer clear of "Grab Bags" or "Secret Santas"...you always get screwed. You always buy someone something really nice and you walk away with a Chia Pet or a "Sweating to the Oldies" cassette.
* The only "Yule Log" your woman should be watching on Christmas Morning is the one in your pants.
Ok, so I got carried away, once I started, I couldn't stop. Have a great Wednesday everyone!!!!!

The Holiday Shopping Season
The Holiday shopping season is in full swing. Don't get me wrong, I think this is a nice time of the year. I enjoy heading into NYC, seeing the tree in Rockefeller Center, ice skating in Central Park, and just the whole feel of the city in December. What I really don't enjoy is how commercialized the holidays have become. They simply don't have the meaning they are supposed to have. Whether you are religious or not, the holidays should be about family, about being the best person you can be, and about spirit. Yet, this time of the year seems to bring out the anger, the stress, the greed, and the downright evil in people.
Go Back To Sleep Fuckos!!!!!

Tis The Season!
Move Bitch, Get Out Da' Way!!!
I guess the part of holidays like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. is this. I don't like to be told when to show my love or appreciation for someone. I do that all year round. I hate having to do something just because society tells me I have to. I like to do things from my heart, from my soul, not because Hallmark tells me it is time. That's why, when push comes to shove (no Walmart pun intended), I'll take a day in July anytime. No stress, no hustle and bustle, just a day on the beach with the people I enjoy being with, a night bbq'ing and relaxing with good conversation with the warm ocean breezes blowing. That to me, is a holiday.
Have a great day everyone!!!!

Still In Weekend Mode?
Well, the weekend is over. I hope you all had a great four days off. My four days were a lot of fun. Back to business!
I had Thanksgiving at my house this year. I love cooking and having friends/family over. In my daily cooking, I rarely follow a recipe, but with dishes/meals that are for special occasions, I follow recipes that we have made for years, which got me thinking....why are people so protective over their recipes? People get pissed if you ask them for a recipe that has "been in their family" for years. Like seriously, what are you going to do with that recipe? It's not like you are asking Colonel Sanders for his KFC recipe. What are you going to do with Auny Mary's stuffing recipe? Sell it for millions?
Sssssshhhhhhhhhh
Then there are the people who say grace before a meal. They thank God for the food, make the sign of the cross and go through a big speech. That's all fine with me, but why don't people go through all this hoopla for a snack? Why is it only done before meals? I have never seen anyone make the sign of the cross or say grace before they open a bag of potato chips or a box of cookies. Are they less thankful for a snack? Just curious.
Well, I had a few big interviews in the last couple of weeks. I had the interview with the record label on Tuesday, I was not sure how I did, since THEY did most of the talking. When I left the offices in Rockefeller Center on Tuesday I really did not know what they thought of me. Wednesday morning I got this email from the recruiter who set up the interview:
Charlie,
I just spoke with Nancy - they REALLY liked you.
You are their favorite so far.
YIPPI!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are seeing a few more candidates and hopefully will have a decision soon.
Enjoy the holiday!

How great is that? But it gets better. I had interviewed with a computer company back in September. I had a great interview but never heard back from them. I was puzzled. On my way home from NYC on Tuesday, I got a call from them asking me to stop in on Wednesday Morning. I went there on Wednesday and was told they want to hire me. My days in the "forest" are numbered! :)
In addition to those two, I am anticipating hearing back from another two companies this week. It's nice being able to choose where you want to go and to be sought after. So, this week I will have some big choices to make and hopefully this will be an early start to a great 2006.
Have a great start to the week everyone!

Hockey Is Back for C-Mac
Good Morning! Yesterday, I went to my first hockey game since the NHL lockout ended. It was my first game since the Stanley Cup Playoffs back in April of 2004. I missed it very much and it is good to see hockey back in full swing. Although my team, The NY Islanders, got their asses kicked 6-2 by the Ottawa Senators, it was still great to be back at the Nassau Coliseum, a place where so many great games have been played.
The Nassau Coliseum
The fans were optimistic during the opening face-off. Ottawa soon made us realize it was going to be a LONG day!
Face Off!
Here's a quick overview of the Nassau Coliseum:
A View From The Top
The retired greats, #5 Dennis Potvin, #9 Clark Gillies, #19 Bryan Trottier, #22 Mike Bossy, #23 Bobby Nystrom, #31 Billy Smith, 739, the number of wins for Al Arbour, a legendary Islanders Coach, and a banner for "The Architect" Bill Torrey, the man who put the great teams of the 70's and 80's together.
The All-Time Greats
And of course, the championship banners, too many to describe, the big ones...FOUR straight Stanley Cups 1980-84.
A Winning History
Hope you all enjoyed the little Nassau Coliseum/Islanders tour.

Friday Video/Post Thanksgiving Wrap-Up
Good Morning! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I also hope you are not too hungover from food and drink. Hit the treadmill today if you are! I am off to the NY Islanders/Ottawa Senators game at 2PM. My first hockey game since the strike/lockout ended. As usual, here is my Friday Video of the Week. I chose an "oldie" today, I feel old calling an 80's song an "oldie" but I suppose it's kind of true. This song is called "One More Try" by George Michael. It's off the "Faith" album released in 1987. The first SIX singles released off of Faith went to #1 including this one. I've always loved the lyrics and the message behind the song. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the music and lyrics!
Have A Great Weekend!!!!!!!!!! I will have some great updates for you about the interview and other stuff on Monday!

A Time For Thanks.......
Good Morning! For most of us, the final day of our work week. I want to take a moment out to wish all of you a wonderful Thanksgiving. Perhaps when you have a moment alone today, you will reflect on all you are thankful for. That's the theme of today's post, things I am thankful for.
All the Best
Just like the Charlie in this picture, this Charlie has fallen on his back many times in life, but I always seem to get back up. I have quite a bit to be thankful for:
* Although quite insane and dysfunctional, I have a family that really loves me.
* Great friends who have been there for me through good and bad.
* Good Health (knock on wood).
* The abilty to laugh, even during tough times.
* The ability to learn from my mistakes.
* Finding Bruce this year, the best dog ever.
* The great memories I have of my grandparents.
* A fully stocked bar at home.
* All the great relationships I've had over the years.
* Not having a small penis (you knew I had to throw something funny in here).
* Being as mentally strong as I ever thought I was (this year tested me many times).
* The consistent readers of this nonsense known as my blog.
* The words and music of Bruce Springsteen (where would I be w/o that?)
* A team other than the Red Sox winning the World Series this year
* The return of HOCKEY!!
* The long, hot summer of 2005
* All the laughs with L-HA
* My daytime chats with Hilda
* The fact that I am done with this list
Have a great Wednesday and a wonderful Thanksgiving! I'll be back Friday with the video of the week. Enjoy!

Blogging About Blogs
Blogs. We obviously all enjoy them, but I think we enjoy them for different reasons. 550 posts and 101,000 hits later, I am still blogging. I've never really had a "blog drought" nor have I seriously considered shutting this place down. In the past month or two, I've seen quite a few blogs that I have followed since my early blogging days say bye bye and sign off for good.
In some cases, people stopped blogging because of nasty comments, some for personal reasons, others have been real busy and could not keep up with the writing, etc. I wonder what the average shelf life of a blog is. I have kept up with mine very consistently. Before my blogging days I wrote often, but it was more in the way of song lyrics and that style of writing. I basically only wrote when I was really feeling passionate about something. With this, I can write daily even about the most trivial of subjects.
Having people stop by to read my words each day is definitely a motivator to keep writing. My comments have dropped off quite a bit from its peak back in June. It is definitely because I really don't have the time to comment on everyone's blog daily and I think many people think I forgot about them. I read most of my links at least twice a week but I don't always have time to comment consistently anymore. As you all know, it's tough to read and comment on 30-40 blogs daily. But, you all do a great job with your writings and I enjoy them very much.
The blogs I have linked and have come across are all so different. Some of you chronicle your daily travels and experiences, some of you tell old stories from the past, some are funny in nature, and some are heart wrenching tales. Some have a blend of everything.
So True, huh?
It's funny sometimes that I can post about a topic and it can be interpreted a half dozen ways by my readers. I get emails often chiming in on what I write and many times the emails responding to the same story are so different. Some interpret a story as me being sad or down, some take it as me taking a stand on something, some see it as me just being reflective or philosophical, etc. I seldom mention names on here, so when I write a story about "someone" in my life in a particular story, I get calls and mails from people who think it is about them. It's actually kind of interesting. I suppose I like a bit of mystery on here. I don't like to always have everyone know what I am thinking or what my intentions are with a story. It's like when you hear a song, the lyrics to a song, we all get the basic concept of the song, but we all have our opinions as to what the writer was thinking or going through when he/she wrote it and who it is about. I like keeping it that way. Even those of you who read my blog whom I have known long before my blogging days, you have a basic idea who or what I may be referring to on here, but many times even you are wrong. Some of you who I have not seen in a while kind of "follow" how I am doing by stopping by and reading. I am not sure how much you pick up from here, I try to be really subtle about what's going on in my life. Not because I don't like to share or that I am afraid to open up, I just don't think this is a forum, for me anyway, to put it all out there. I'll always drop little hints, sometimes I will just come right out and say it, but for the most part, I like people to think a bit.
I was reading my first month of blogs over the weekend just to see how my writing has evolved since then, and it sure has evolved. I've gone through different phases of writing, and what goes on in my life at a particular time plays a hand in how I write or what I write about without talking to much about what is influencing that writing. When you get a chance, track your first month or two of posts, then look at your last month, you'll be sure to see a difference. For those of you who don't have a blog, I highly recommend starting one. It's interesting to look back on a period of time and see where you were mentally and what you were going through to make you write a certain something.

Start of a Short Week.....
Monday morning, and a cool one here in NY. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was pretty good. It's a short week for most, I hope everyone has a relaxing three days before Thanksgiving.
Is it me, or does so much happen in the course of a year? I was thinking about this over the weekend, where I was a year ago compared to where I am now. You know what I mean, like what was happening in my life, the people I was hanging with, etc. It also makes me wonder where I'll be a year from now........feeling very reflective, perhaps it's the whole holiday season approaching.
I have a HUGE interview tomorrow with a major record label in NYC. It's the job I have always dreamed of, in the music industry. It's an industry I have wanted to be a part of since I was a kid. As most of you know, I have a deep passion for music and this would just be the ultimate for me. The interview is at 3:00PM tomorrow, wish me luck everyone, this means so much to me! This will be a life changing event if I land this job, I am really hoping this pans out. I know I don't always "open up" on here about my personal life and stuff, but I can't even explain how much this will affect my life overall if I get this job. Tough to express really, but those of you with a passion for something know what I mean, and know all too well about life changing opportunities and events. I feel like I have always had "jobs" that have paid the bills, taught me new concepts and ideas, made me meet some amazing people, etc.....but this would be different, this would be a career....much different than a job, something I will get up daily and want to be a part of and something I will put all of myself into.
I am not really big into celebrities or following their lives but there are a few female celebrities I have the "hots" for. Cristina Aguilera just happens to be one of them. I am not that big into her music, although I have enjoyed a few of her songs and I think she has a kick ass voice. It's her I enjoy looking at, and I was very very sad to hear that she got married this weekend.
Please get a divorce ASAP!
I'm sure it will end soon enough, her marriage, and she'll come back to C-Mac for that good lovin' sometime soon......haha. I guess The Sugar V wasn't the only one getting married this past Saturday. I'll kick his ass if it was her that he actually married......nah...we know about his "preference" already.
Switching gears a bit, I ran in the annual "Turkey Trot" here in Long Beach on Sunday. The 7th and final race of the 2005 recreation schedule here in Long Beach. It was cold and there weren't that many runners participating, unlike all the summer races. The "Turkey Trot" is a 4 mile race down the boardwalk, through town and then back up on the boardwalk. I did relatively well considering I am not in "July form." All those meals and desserts my mom made during the month of October while she stayed at my house played a factor yesterday. It's all good though, I am going to enjoy all the great food that the holidays have to offer then get real serious and dedicated come January. As Mr. Pu says, no diet, I will be "in training."
And finally, to wrap up my long winded Monday blog, how do you all feel about momentum? Momentum in the relationship sense.... like if you are seeing someone for a while and the relationship builds momentum and keeps progressing over time. Do you think it is possible to see someone for a while, then not see that person for a while, then have the same momentum, or spark that it once had if you cross paths again? Or are you one that thinks that you have to catch lightning in a bottle and strike while the iron is hot and if you don't that momentum and feeling fades? I know "timing" is everything and that the second time you cross paths may be a better time for both, but do you think it has the same feel and momentum it had the first time? Do you think once you let it slip the first time it can be the same or better the second time around? I have my opinion about it, but I was hoping to see some different perspectives. :)
Thanks to all of you who check in daily here. I know everyone has their own things going on, but it means a lot that you take the time to stop by each day. Have a great start to your week!

Friday Video and A Couple of Tidbits
Friday is here! That means a video here at "the beach." I chose a rap song today. This song, for some reason, has been one of my favorites over the last two months. I am not sure if it's the lyrics, the beat, the music, but whatever it is, I find myself in the car turning this one all the way up. I also find myself running a bit faster on the treadmill to this one too. I could sure use it on Sunday when I will be running in the "Turkey Trot" here in Long Beach. It's the annual 4 mile Thanksgiving race....wish me luck! Hopefully it won't be too cold.....
Now for the "tidbits."
Do we really need a sticker on every individual piece of fruit? Hmmmmm....let's see, we can't get our borders secure, but we're still going through the plums by hand? These stickers aren't very appetizing either. Even after the sticker is peeled off and washed, you can still see the outline of where it was...just not very appealing.
There's a new "trend" going on in America, for real, writing your own obituary. Talk about full of yourself, huh? I guess it's the nice way to say "I may be dead, but I am still monopolizing the conversation." I say, face it you are dead, the worms are eating you and you are rotting, let someone else talk!!!!
Have a great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hollywood Endings
So, Rocky 6 is coming to theaters next year. I am sure we will all go see it because we saw the first five, but isn't enough...enough? After a HORRIBLE Rocky 5 back in like 1990, do we need a Rocky 6 in 2006?
Just Die Already.......
Perhaps Rocky should die in Rocky 6. A happy ending is nice, but let's leave the happy endings for Asian massage parlors. I don't want to see a Rocky 7 in 2017 as he beats off his opponent with a cane. He's inspired us many times and he's overcome more than the average Joe. We get it, now just make him die in a fiery crash on the way to the fight.
All too often Hollywood depicts a happy ending. How often is life like that? For example, we all don't win at everything we do and we all don't end up with the person we really love. We lose many more battles in life than we win for the most part. In a way, I suppose hollywood is doing us some justice. For two hours or so, we can get away from our battles and watch someone else's battles on a wide screen and walk away feeling somewhat inspired. That's the beauty of a movie, a song, or any other art, it's an escape from all of our heavyweight fights known as our lives.
Have a great Thursday!

Wedding Bells Are Ringing
This Saturday, a very good friend of mine is getting married. The Sugar V, as he is known here in blogland will be flying to the windy city to tie the knot. Be sure to stop by his blog and wish him well. Since he is always busting my chops here at "Bored at the Beach" and I haven't gotten back at him in ages, I figured I would give you all a little Sugar V wedding preview.
Go Get 'Em Tiger!!!!!!
Let's hope Sugar V and his "wife" have great weather and a great time on Saturday. This week I did some investigative work to find out all about this "secret" ceremony that is taking place so far away from his home here in NY. We all wondered why Chicago was selected. I found out it was to keep all of us out of the loop as to what was really going on. Through my sources, I got lots of information about this wedding.
The Bakery where he is getting his cake "The Rainbow Bakery" sent me a sneak preview picture of his cake:
Creamy Bliss
Later that day, I tracked down the caterer and was told that it would be a sausage buffet for all. Here is a look at the fine cuisine:
Leave room for the big bratwurst later on!!!!!!
There will be NO open bar, only one kind of drink will be served, Sugar V's drink of choice......
Another round of Cosmos!!!!
The best man was a big mystery that was very difficult to figure out. Rumors circulated that it could be Elton John, George Michael, or Richard Simmons. The great investigative reporting here at "the beach" found out the best man is the one and only:
Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?
No reception is complete without a band. My sources tell me that The Village People were originally scheduled to perform at the Sugar V wedding but had a last minute gig in San Francisco that they had to perform in. So Sugar went to his backup plan:
Hangin' Tough!!!!
Finally, the Paparazzi could only come up with this photo of Sugar and his "bride" to be, taken at a Brooklyn park on Sunday, let's wish these two the best!
May They Live Happily Ever After!
Hahahahahaha, on a serious note, Sugar V, we all wish the best for you on Saturday and for years to come. We wish you nothing but the best! You're a great friend, a great human being, and anyone who has gotten to know you is a better person for it. Best wishes to you!

Monday Morning Madness
Good Morning to all. I hope everyone had a great weekend.
I saw a news documentary Sunday morning that mentioned some homeless shelters in Los Angeles that now have hair salons, libraries, and gyms. I think I am ok with the hair salon and the library, I think all crack ho's should be well groomed and literate, but gyms? I think if you are pushing around a huge loaded shopping cart all day with everything you own, you really don't need a leg press machine or a Stairmaster to get you in shape. Just a thought.....
I have always hated Sunday Nights. I remember being a kid and having the whole anxious Sunday Night feeling that the weekend was over and that another school week was upon us. Don't get me wrong, I was good in school and didn't mind it, it was just the feeling that the weekend was over that sucked. Even now as an adult, Sunday Nights suck. A start of another long week is just around the corner.
Almost a new week fucko!!!!
My parents always watched "60 Minutes" on Sunday Nights when I was growing up. The sound of that stopwatch ticking always gave me anxiety, it was the official sound of Sunday Night. To this day, I can't watch 60 Minutes or even pass CBS on Sunday Nights, Yeah, I know there is medication for this.......
I read somewhere that Dick Cheney's lesbian daughter got a million dollar book deal. She was talked about a lot in last year's Presidential election when the whole gay marriage debate was in full effect. I don't get this, a book deal? She got a million dollars for her "memoirs." What could her book really be about?
Chapter One:
My Dad is Vice President of the United States.
Chapter Two:
I like pussy
THE END
Have a great day everyone! By the way, "Bored at the Beach" has hit another milestone...100,000 hits! Thanks so much for your continued support!

C-Mac's Friday Video
We made it through another week, by Monday, November will be just about half over if you can believe that. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
Lately, I've been posting a video on Friday to take us into the weekend. Today is no exception. Puff Daddy, Puffy, P Diddy, Diddy, whatever you call him, the man has talent. This tune always brings back memories and makes me think of people I have not seen in a while or people I miss. This song for me, makes me realize never to take anyone you care about for granted, because one day they may be gone. Enjoy it and I hope it takes you into the weekend with some thoughts of people you are missing......it's somewhat appropriate for this Veteran's Day as well.
I've always said that the toughest thing in life is when two people love each other and can't be together for some reason or another. This song really showcases that. Definitely one of my all time favorite MTV Video Music Awards moments, back in 1997 when Diddy performed this with Sting. Gives me chills everytime I see the tape.

10 Drunken Memories
I was thinking to myself earlier, damn, I haven't been drunk in months. I suppose the drunk dial back in June made me go cold turkey from alcohol. What a disgrace I am to my heritage, an Irish guy (half anyway)that has not had a drink in months. I was thinking of stupid shit I've done while drunk. I may have shared these with some of you in the past, but what the heck, they are pretty comical:
10)The standard calling of the ex-girlfriend or ex-booty call. You always regret these calls the next day and for weeks to come. I have a policy now, if you don't speak to someone for two months after you have dated/hooked up, their number comes out of the phone to avoid these late night follies. God only knows what you actually said on these calls.
9)Passing out on the floor of a Bennigan's (restaurant) bathroom on my 25th birthday. Not the nicest place to rest your weary head. A bottle of Absolute after two 40oz beers will do that to you. A night I'd like to forget. Lucky I did not spend it in a hospital, but awful close.
8)Told my girlfriend's (at the time) indentical twin sister that I couldn't wait to have sex with her later that night and grabbed her ass. I thought it was my girlfriend, not her sister..there were no hard feelings, thankfully. She may have even liked it. I am suddenly getting the urge for some Doublemint Gum.
7)Invited a bunch of thugs into my house for Alize and Henessey that were passing through the neighborhood. Glad I wasn't robbed later in the week!
6)Rode bikes with my friend Melissa to and up on the boardwalk when both of us were too drunk to even stand. Not a smart idea. I think she may still have a scar on her knee from this. Thank God we were not pulled over for BWI!
Like a drunken sailor indeed......
5)Climbed off my deck and onto the roof, which is very steep and narrow to dance to the Humpty Dance at last years (2004) birthday (C-Macapalooza II)party. I was the hit of the 'hood for sure the next day.
4)Played beer pong with Hennessey. I don't recommend this! :(
3) Indoor Hockey. We poured white baby powder all over the hardwood floors of my last house so me and my friends could skate in socks and play hockey in the house in winter. Many injuries that night. It took weeks to get all that powder up. I think Melissa may still have a scar from this one also. It was more slippery than ice could ever be.
2)Chicken bowling. We had a long hall in my last house. We took empty beer bottles and put them at the end of the hall as pins. We then took a frozen whole chicken out of the freezer and played bowling. Quite fun. Never did eat that poor chicken.
1) The oven mitt. Ok, so it's 3am at C-Macapalooza I (2003) and we are all shitfaced. We are all in my backyard being VERY loud. One of the neighbors must have called the police. I was dancing/moonwalking to Billie Jean by Michael Jackson, using an oven mitt as the "glove" to do the moves and grab my crotch. Just as I did the spin move and turned around, 2 cops were standing there laughing their asses off. Needless to say, they stayed a bit, had some food and chilled, they wanted to see what other moves we had up our sleeves.
Drunken stories rock...I want to hear yours!
